"I carried homeowner’s insurance here for over 20 years. I paid every year and never turned in a single loss claim. I did not renew last year. I went with a different company and yet I just received a bill in the amount of $143.29. I called to explain their mistake and that I am No longer insured with State Farm and I could not get a clear answer as to what this $143.29 charge was for!? I did not renew my policy last year but you are billing me for “ Amount due is for the premium earned less any deposit premium paid while the policy was in force from :August 31, 2024 to Jan 10, 2025. “I called and did not get an answer as to what this bill was for. I don’t have to let State Farm know that I went to another insurance company. My policy expired last year. I never renewed. You sent me a letter saying it would be cancelled last year and I thought great. I thought that was the end of my business with State Farm. What are you charging me for??? I will come to the office directly if needed. I will never do business here again. They sent me a bill for….. what? Explain this to me. State Farm has never done anything for me but take my premium every year for over twenty years. It’s awful how you treat longtime faithful customers who have never got anything in return! Not one claim! That is all and I’m disputing this charge! I called again trying to see what the charge was for. I asked to speak to Kenny Mole, again. He was at a meeting, again. He spend more time at meetings than he does at his place of business. The lady who answered the phone told me, “ We’re still trying to hear back from billing to see what this charge is for.” 😳 Say what!? If you do not know what the charge is for, and YOU are the ones who sent me the bill then that’s your problem not mine. Do not take ANYTHING off of my card that you have on file. I told Marixa that and I’m telling everyone else at this place of business. You are not my insurance company anymore! You can’t keep billing me frivolously for….,.. what!? No one has an answer as to what the $143.29 is for. Marixa hung up on me. Very rude for someone to hang up on you while they’re still telling you that you owe them money. I told you in an email on October 17 that I could not pay the insurance. No one responded!! Better look at all those emails. I tell you what, since Mr. Mole won’t call me but keeps sending bills to me, I’ll just come up there one day this week so we all can discuss it. I don’t know what day I will be up there. Im going to surprise you like you surprised me with this bill."
